KBS (Korea Broadcasting System) and the South Korean Government decided to celebrate 23 years of South Korea and Vietnam relations.
KBS and the South Korean Government designed a special event for people
in Vietnam.
FanLight LED wristbands were given out to attendees in Music Bank and lit up the whole stadium.
